This policy explains what information Celebration Event & Venue (“we”, “us”) collects through celebrationinknox.com and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
This website has no forms, accounts or online booking. We only receive personal information when you choose to share it, usually by calling 865.900.8800 or touring the venue. That may include your name, phone number, email address, event date, guest count, event details, and payment information when you place a deposit.
We use this information to answer your questions, prepare quotes, schedule tours, plan and host your event, process payments, and keep records we are required to keep for tax and legal purposes.
Information collected automatically
No analytics or advertising trackers. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or similar tools that follow you around the web.
Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically processes technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose problems. See Vercel’s privacy policy for details.
Fonts and images are served from our own site. We do not load fonts, scripts or embeds from third-party services when you browse.
Cookies and local storage
We do not set cookies. If you use the light/dark mode button, your browser stores your choice (“light” or “dark”) in its local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. That setting stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only when needed to run your event or our business, for example with a payment processor to take a deposit, with professional advisors such as our accountant, or when required by law. If you ask us to connect you with a vendor, we will share only what you approve.

Our site links to a few outside websites. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies when you visit them.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and event records for as long as needed to plan and host your event and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or securely dispose of them.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. Event bookings are made by adults.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call us and we will help.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
